Starting weight = 212.8 lbs.
Ending weight = 212.6 lbs.
My eating pattern was similar this past week to the week before, so it’s not surprising that the results were also similar.
I did cut my average daily carbs a bit from 57 grams to 50 grams. Perhaps that accounts for my very modest weight loss of two-tenths of a pound as opposed to a gain of that same amount the week prior.
My average percent of calories from fat only increased from 66% to 67%. I think I need to get that percentage up to 70% or better.
Otherwise, I’m apt to stay at 212 – 213 pound level for a while, and that’s not where I want to stay.
I’m continuing to skip breakfast, but am increasing that practice from two times a week to three. I’ll be doing the 16:8 intermittent fast on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday this week.
If I don’t get results from the intermittent fasts, I may try another Fat Fast.
My goal is to finish up 2015 at or under 199 pounds.
First, I have to get there. Then I have to stay.
