This is Episode 72 of the Low Carb Nugget for Saturday, November 4, 2017. I’m Jim Anderson.
I’m working on another project, and need to take some time off from the podcast. So tonight I’m presenting a “best of” episode that combines a couple earlier shows that I liked. You might think I should like them all, and I do, but some I like more than others.
Before that, a quick personal update. My Keto Diet Reboot continues. My weight this morning was 218.4 pounds. I’m eight and a half pounds lighter than I was on October 9, a little less than four weeks ago. I’m happy with a two plus pounds per week rate of loss. My approach combines very low carb, 25 net carbs a day or fewer, and several short intermittent fasts each week. So far, so good.
Now, here are “Avoiding avocado hand” (#35) from July 27, and “What your brain needs” (#55) from September 12.
